Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Now since cnspec can also runs query packs, it should also be able to upload query packs directly.

Describe the solution you'd like

cnspec bundle publish path/to/query-pack.mql.yaml

Describe alternatives you've considered

Right now, users can upload the bundles by using:

cnquery bundle publish
