Specify dependencies without "*"

A lot of dependencies in this project are currently = "*".

I guess that's not the way to go, is it? 😆

Thanks for opening an issue! Actually most of this will be changing and I think all of the dependencies in the newer version are either semver or git refs. You can find the current work under the main branch. There's currently no README yet in main, however cargo run --bin monk -- list will run the "new" monk cli (which has no niceties at all).

Almost all (~95%) of it has been rewritten.

I'll close this when the newer version is feature compatible and master is switched to main.
