您好，能否增加：转发前自定义出口IP #3

有时中转机（vps/nat）出口是双IP或多IP，能否增加一个功能：指定出口用哪个ip进行转发。（目前咸蛋面板和iptable修改脚本，如果是多IP，转发前会让你选用那个出口IP）
