Перенести данные по двум токенам на одну страницу, в разные вкладки, чтобы данные по ним подгружались при переключении на эти вкладки. И чтобы переключение между вкладками не требовало перезагрузку страницы.

И зачем? Все проблемы пользователя решатся с помощью #1. А SPA только геморрой со ссылками добавит.
