upgrading webpack, the @material-ui fails to build by webpack (seemed to be ESM resolution related issues).
@material-ui pkg was actually deprecated, but already present in project
to refactor all @material-ui/icons icons dependendencies to use the respective equivalent from @mui/icons-material

lerna to upgrade to latest v6
not upgrading to v7 as it would imply a deeper review/refactor of the project

upgrading storybook to v7 ( + vite )
sb upgrading utility brakes, need to do some manual job

need to tidyup all the dependency tree,
sb v7 upgrade seems to be more sensitive to sub packages version mismatches
