Logging in as a learner there should be some information (at least a little bit of text ala "how to get started") on the landingpage at http://localhost:3000/

can include the same content block or a link to it on all other subpages as long as there are not any listings to display yet (e.g. http://localhost:3000/app/student_solutions) ... just to avoid users from getting stuck on their first logins
