What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. login via telnet or SSH
2. C=>Q
3. input any IP address

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should report the localtion of the IP,but it said:
查询过程中发生错误...<Enter>

KBS have drop this tools because only i386 arch is availabe and can't be 
compiled in
Debian.
