Browser denies scss-files

I don't know if this is the right place to ask - I follow your Lynda course.
Browser (Chrome/Firefox), does not show scss-files. I have turned on use source maps.

I get a 403-status for these, in the inspector. "You don't have permission to access /wp-content/themes/humescores/sass/
on this server."

Everything works - style.scss updates style.css and so on.
What could be wrong?
