refactor typing ApolloOfflineTypes.ts
fix updateQuery, added generateUpdateQueriesInfo function
created the public function mutateOffline in the client and used by the client when the mutate is performed and the application is offline Store mutations offline if server is down / returns error #28
removed the ApolloStoreOffline file, now the store is created in the client's constructor
integration tests in the example projects
