Novel cases: All query exons match a transcript, but the annotated transcript contains additional exons #26

This case is really two cases:

  1. The exon matches are contiguous Novel Case: Handling sub-transcript case where all of the query exons match a transcript, but query has fewer exons #23
  2. The exon matches are not contiguous FIXED: Novel Case: All of query exons are accounted for in the matched transcript, but the match contains additional exons (not the sub-transcript case) #24
