To separate the Graph generating code out into a standalone unit that can generate requested graphs on the fly for inclusion in other webhookds

I've postponed this code until v2.00 focussing first on Enterprise level readiness when mailGraph is put to the test in larger environments.

Release v1.31 released.
Effort currently on v1.32 for bug fixes, once completed focussing on v2.x.

Now that release 2.12 is out focussing on autoconfiguration first before taking on the API challenge.
The mailGraph principle to make the Graphs available through PHP code while fetching through Zabbix itself will remain intact be it that the actual code will be seperated out from mailGraph to form a web service by itself to fetch Zabbix images.
Deciding to stick to PHP or work with Go as running as a daemon in Linux would be the preferrable way.
It'a pitty that Zabbix (still) does not undertake action to extend their API with such ability.
