Before end of January 2020: Verify telemetry probes w/ Product and bump expiry for metrics.yaml pings

Many of the Fenix telemetry pings are scheduled to expire 03/01/2020.

Since we'll be using a Beta channel at that point, we'll need a little bit of lead time to make sure we don't lapse our telemetry.

We need to go over those pings with the Product Owner, verify that each one is still relevant, and bump the expiry.

Acceptance Criteria

• Set up meeting with Product to go through the probes
• For each probe:
  • Ask product if this probe is being used, and how
  • If it is being used, bump the expiry by 6mo.
  • If not, remove the probe

This was a telemetry expiry bump and updated data review docs, doesn't need QA.
