Evaluate Prettier as a front-end code formatter

Description

A few of the front-end devs have expressed a liking to https://prettier.io/ for code formatting. Let's evaluate how we feel about using it on bedrock. If we think it might help with code formatting consistency and speed up code reviews a little, then it could be worthwhile.

It looks like there are configs for Prettier that work alongside ESLint and Stylelint: https://prettier.io/docs/en/install.html#eslint-and-other-linters
