Bug 761712 - Add a new configuration for RootAnalysis builds; r=bhackett

This adds a new build configuration that enables with the root analysis tool This will help the SpiderMonkey team fix and keep-fixed rooting errors in preparation for turning on exact GC. --HG-- rename : scripts/spidermonkey_builds/nomethodjit => scripts/spidermonkey_builds/rootanalysis
