Share Mozilla staff research findings

Through survey collection and interviews with staff today in Mountain View, a few trends are emerging with regards to badges.mozilla.org needs:

• Amongst issuers there is great demand for clarity about issuing processes, visibility into who is earning a team's badges and visual design help (queue badge studio).
• Integration with other services has been a long time request. Mozillians.org is a place to start, and I think that clear backpack tie-in is going to be important for contributors better understanding that they are in control of what they claim and display.
• For improved earning experiences, ability to search available Mozilla badges is crucial.
