Once Ubuntu 14.04 has been proven to work correctly on production we should go ahead and remove all the 12.04 nodes from our Jenkins config.

This is not blocked anymore and we can remove those boxes. We will also have to file a bug for getting the VMs removed afterward. I will work on it.

PR #539 has been merged. I also filed bug 1109049 for decommissioning the VMs.
