Ensure that your PATH variable contains the VirtualBox binaries folder: Go to your Control Panel -> System -> Advanced system settings -> "Environment Variables" button -> in the system variable section scroll down to the PATH variable, hit "edit" and add C:\Program Files\VirtualBox.
