Tool Enhacement - add an UI page

Expected

• to be easy to use an UI like WebCompat would make it more friendly to outside users
• the UI will generate an issue here (like for Webcompat) that will look exactly like the tweet and the about section we were asking here.

Goal:

• shout outs like in the Reps calls or Mozilla Monday meeting would be easier to be send out.
• in this way the user can easier to add it without logging here/without accessing github

Do you agree? Also, this currently doesn't run, otherwise the bot would have shouted at you already that this is not a recognized format ;)

I do agree but I was not sure they will appreciate my feedback and this is more like for u s - but definitely something that the initial repo would benefit.
