Refactor branch names in taar-v3

The branches should now be labelled 'intervention-a', 'intervention-b' and 'control'.

Intervention A is the ensemble method with a constrained whitelist used.

Intervention B is a hybrid between editorial curated selections and the machine recommendations

Control group is the third branch.

This patch needs to include the implementation code for the hybrid recommendation manager as well as the necessary configuration to put the hybrid recommendation manager into the recommender map within the RecommendationManager class.
