Although not directly related to the TLS Observatory codebase, I'm placing this here for tracking purpose. A Minion plugin should be integrated to the Observatory to call its API as part of a Minion scan. The plugin should do long polling to retrieve results when available.

Not a requirement anymore. Will reopen when Minion gets dev time and a deployment target.
