Render DateTimeField from add-record.js itself #7

Remove the component that holds the state and renders DateTimeField with the values, and render it from the AddRecord component itself.

Must try first if the state is necessary for react-datetimepicker to work, if not, maybe the component is a extra one and must be removed.
