It's likely that the ZCashFoundation version is the better option even though givre claims to be slightly faster due to it's maturity, contributors and that it has already been audited.

Note that Givre claims to be wasm friendly but I haven't checked it whilst I have checked the ZCashfoundation does compile to wasm32-unknown-unknown so either could potentially be used.
