Thans for the job. I am not English native, I found that some out of bound word will give no correct IPA output, but the word with a star. eg:
e2ipa.convert("Strathclyde Police declined to comment") output is ：
Stranthclyde* pə¹lis dɪklaɪnd ...
I am not English speaker, and I do not know how to process this kind of exception.
