Loading

get an octave environment set up
make sure link opens up into the simulation file
make sure plotting works as expected
be able to recreate all figures
create notebook that allows for figure visualization / editing

#5 and #6 both lead to repo cloned but no files present
Need to go look at how to set things up with a binder folder instead of a Dockerfile...
