As far as I can tell, there currently is no way to correlate messages and downloaded images.
The message often just says "Image" or includes a filename that is different from the download image.
Would be nice to be able to view the downloaded images "in context".
This seems to be true for all export formats.

Hey thanks for the feedback that seems to be a oversight on my part. It seems like a quick fix so i'll keep you updated
Sorry, something went wrong.
So i changed it so that it shows the image url which corresponds to the image filename in the exports. For example:
[2023-05-15T07:07:09Z] N/A: mxc://reddit.com/e9uztxibkzza1
is the entry corresponding to the image e9uztxibkzza1.jpeg
e9uztxibkzza1.jpeg
A future project is to make a HTML file that will show the messages in a browser
