Create a data sharing package solution

This is an issue to be addressed once issues #117 and #124. And also when all the ontology mapping from @marieALaporte is implemented. We need to design a straightforward tool to share data with other partners interested in working with data generated on ClimMob. This is not the data publishing tool, as sometimes we could share data that are not yet ready to be public (no related publication or with new findings). But this can potentially be developed simultaneously. This should be partially automated but we need to consider how far we want to go in cleaning continuous data and handling tricot rankings (best, worst) into ordinal rankings (1, 2, 3).
