does not work anymore

Hi, I have tried various things to get this to work. but for some reason i can not get the sql files to fill up. I copied the GameBalance and StringList folders to the .exe folder but the only thing that fills up is the attributes.sql and modcodes.sql files. could you check if this still works and tell me how to make this work. thank you 👍
