MeshMatcapMaterial: Support dithering #18998

MeshMatcapMaterial does not support lights, but it does support a matcap texture, and hence gradients.

Consequently this seems reasonable to me.

MeshBasicMaterial supports baked lighting. Would adding dithering support to that material also makes sense... ?
