Related issue: #25437

Description

Add import sections to examples based on work described in #18778. This only updates 'en'.

Import section come after the summary paragraphs, but above any other headings, including Examples.

@donmccurdy looks good, adds some color an life to some pages that are otherwise barren. Noticed SkeletonUtils docs need some love. I don't use it but i'll try my hand.
