Added Box3.setFromObject(). Removed Object3D.computeBoundingBox(). #3521

Implements #3471

Box3.setFromObject( object ) computes the world-axis-aligned bounding box of an object (including its children), accounting for both the object's, and children's, world transforms.

Backs out Object3D.boundingBox and Object3D.computeBoundingBox().
