Custom fields can't be deleted and custom field names can't be updated in admin

After this commit, which solved this issue, these buttons on custom field meta boxes in admin are not working.

Not a huge deal right now with only the homepage being used, but might be a bigger deal if we start using other pages with a bunch of leftover junk custom fields, or if we want to make use of other custom fields to be displayed.

May not be an issue anymore with the recent deletion of plugins. Need to verify.
