Confusing example config file

In the config file, you have:

# Directory for clipster data/files (usually `$HOME/.local/share/clipster`)
data_dir = $XDG_DATA_HOME

I didn't think twice and copy pasted the config. But using this value in fact creates a folder called \$XDG_DATA_HOME in the current directory! Commenting the line out works as expected.

Hi - thanks for highlighting this!

Since the config shown is actually really a re-listing of defaults, I've made all the settings into comments to make it 'just work' unless config is explicitly uncommented.

I've also removed the confusing $XDG_DATA_HOME and replaced it with an example path.
