Hi,

I have a problem when I try to install ebal via melpa.
ebal requires f 0.18.0, but f in melpa (and its master branch on github) is 0.17.3.

There is a 0.18 branch on https://github.com/rejeep/f.el/branches, did you refer to this one?

I have no idea what's going on. f-0.18 was released in September 2015, see:

rejeep/f.el#48

It seems that author of f has released 0.17.3 after 0.18. Please open issue on f's issue tracker.
