Container network disconnects

Anyone running the container in Windows seeing frequent disconnects of cameras?

I frequently get this in the logs where all of my cameras drop at the same time.

I ran a continuous ping from the container and confirmed it's the container itself that seems to lose network connectivity.

I was just pinging google DNS here as an example, but pinging the IP address of a camera returns the same results with the brief disconnect. My host machine connectivity is fine, I think this is some sort of Docker issue, but wondering if anyone else seeing this.

I just noticed the same thing occurring on my Windows setup, did you figure anything out about it?

Not sure if windows is also affected, but I believe Docker Desktop for Mac had some network changes in v4.13+ that could cause issues.
Rolling back to 4.12.0 seems to help at least on MacOS: https://docs.docker.com/desktop/release-notes/#4120.
