I don't know what is happening but it is taking around an hour for the exploit to complete. When it supposedly it has to take half of that to complete. It takes 16 sec between updates.

I am on 11.0 if that may cause the issue.

Same here, n3DS on 11.1.0-34 U. The first time it was run it completed at New3DS speed (5s update interval), but every subsequent run has defaulted to Old3DS speed (16s).
