adr-tools creates a .adr-dir when creating an ADR directory that is non-standard. I've done this so that my ADRs can live in a specific docs directory. adr-viewer's output is much more useful than what my static site generator outputs, but I expected it to follow the .adr-dir convention. Can adr-viewer support this?

Use whatever the user passed if they passed anything, then check for
.adr-dir before falling back to `doc/adr`.
