Microsoft being Microsoft I guess 馃檪

So it seems Outlook does not like the timezone offsets in the ISO date formats, i.e. 2022-03-26T00:00:00-04:00. Although that is standardised and worked previously. From my experiments, converting to UTC should do the trick
