Make creation of operation easier

Reported by a user: Since creating new operations is the most important user interaction, this functionality should be accessible readily from the expenses list.

Being the "user" I'll make a proposal: a single button available at the bottom calling the popup used to create an operation would be sufficient, moreover on the left and right parts it should be possible to add sliders (visual arrows) to change account (see #9).

There is an alpha for 1.4.8 in the Downloads implementing a solution.
It consists in a button that opens "Add transaction" on click. on long click a popup allows to choose between creating transaction or transfer.
