How about to make sl by using only escape sequences?
It must make the size of sl program smaller and makes sl without ncurses.

Can you make it in a portable way?
I think it is difficult to support various terminals.

Ah. I see.
sl without ncurses will not be portable or will be redundant.

But here is my implemention of sl using only escape sequences.

However, I think this should not be merged to your repository.
