Maneuver keyboard shortcuts don't work for some people #70

Ship will still move with the right click menu, but no shortcut seems to work. Other players not plagued with the problem can move the ships spawned by those who have the problem.

Already ruled out
-it's not a java version issue (happened to someone with 1.8 u131)

3 people from Germany have the problem...!

if they use 6.5.3 again, it works

Hi Mu0n,
i think i solved the problem...
Teh Language of Vassal was set to german.
i changed to English an now it works.
Thanks for your help.
