What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. inheritance of FPDF using super

What is the expected output? 
super exec ok

What do you see instead?
TypeError: super() argument 1 must be type, not classobj

This should be fixed, please test it again and if possible, provide a test case 
and/or patch.
