Game movements and mechanics

Hello, the game's movements have changed I guess and it ruins our experience as cbug players here is the game how it looks now: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WQqg9wxy5Sw&ab_channel=lil%27perkz

How it was:

One of the videos you've sent uses 60FPS while the others uses 50FPS, which changes the game's behavior significantly. Although there has been recent changes to the framerate-dependent mechanics and It might be related to:
#2663
#502

if you could try out the versions before the above commits and try to use the same tactics gamemode version on the videos, that would be great so we could locate the related issue.

btw, the commits above should never be hardcoded and toggleable via setWorldSpecialPropertyEnabled or a newer function e.g. setGamePatchEnabled instead.

I've tried to lower the fps but nothing

MTA 1.5.8 everything was fine
