What steps will reproduce the problem?

Run service main URL to get automatic service documentation:

[XmlRpcService(Description = "some UTF-8 characters...éíšáčýáěšřž", 
Name = "MyService", XmlEncoding="UTF-8")]
    public class MyService: XmlRpcService
    {
        [XmlRpcMethod("getHash")]
        public blabla getHash(int clientId)
        {
            ....
        }
}

What is the expected output?

HTTP/1.1 200 OK
....
Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8
.....


What do you see instead?

HTTP/1.1 200 OK
