Just wanted to say I was thinking of sitting down and reading the ActivityPub spec in order to build exactly what you seem to be building (my goal being to empower bloggers that use static site generators to easily make their work followable by social networks that support ActivityPub).
Thanks for working on this! I look forward to hearing when it's ready to go end-to-end or if you can offer a proof-of-concept for me to get started with!

I have created a discusson over at the main repo musakui/kotori#1 if you would like to see what the current mental model is for this whole thing.
If I'm building something for myself it would be really hacky (just see the mess over at https://github.com/randName/activitypub-serverless/tree/b0a986e haha), so it would be great to hear feedback from actual users (e.g. the appropriate level of abstraction, how important is quick deploy templates).
Also, I'm trying to pace myself while working on this as I'm doing this in my spare time, so finding others who have a similar goal of building this would be extremely helpful.
I hate to be a bringer of bad news, but I will putting this project on hold indefinitely. It's both a combination of real-life responsibilities and the fact that many others are starting to look at the same thing (just extremely unorganized lol).
In a sense the latter is kind of good news, but it's probably going to be a while more before anything is stable enough for widespread use. There are a few big players coming into the space but the "old fedi" seems to dislike them a lot.
(And thanks again for this issue, it kept a spark going but unfortunately not long enough to start the fire)
