Serve up images as srcsets

Currently, all images are served in their original format and size. To improve load times and also viewing across different device types, we should serve up images in a variety of sizes and formats (jpg, avif, webp).

We'd like to use Astro's <Picture /> component..

Unfortunately, looks like Astro still doesn't support srcsets with @2x and @3x images. This is needed since images served up with their current implementation look blurry. More here:
