default documentation link points to 0.22 documentation instead of 0.21.x

Hi Max,

I was trying to test input_cache plugin without any luck and then I realized that the default documentation link points to 0.22 documentation and not 0.21.x which is the current stable one.

I don't know if this is intentional, but I just wanted to let you know about it.
