Feature request: SET_MAX_CH_SETPOINT service #17

It would be nice to implement a service for setting up max central heating setpoint.
As per OTGW documentation the command is:

SH=temperature
Setpoint Heating - Set the maximum central heating setpoint. This command is only available with boilers that support this function.
Examples: SH=72.5, SH=+20
