Alpha 1 Notifications

A notification system to inform users of social interactions should be included.

Features

• Multiple notification types.
• Ability to mark notifications as read.
• Ability to delete old notifications.

@mybb/developers would like to suggest pushing this to Alpha 2. Any objections?

As it's one of the features we'll introduce in 2.0 and integrates with a lot of other parts it'd be nice to include it in Alpha 1 IMHO. Though it shouldn't have that much priority and could be deferred.

I'd quite like to see it in either Alpha 1 or 2 as it's something that may need a fair few tweaks and other future features will integrate with it.
