當滑鼠單擊工作列圖示時，希望可以挑出一個小視窗顯示電池的相關資訊。

舉個例子來說就是類似下面這個的資訊

可以參考 Battery Percentage Icon
因為那個 app 只有顯示資訊的功能，而沒有充電通知
如果可以的話希望能在一個 app 裡做到
