All these ALNS papers look alike in their basic structure. They discuss an initial solution, their operators, acceptance criteria, possibly a local search procedure, and their weight updating scheme. There's very little new under the sun in how all that is organised.
It might be nice if the implementation can take function docstrings, and built-in descriptions for core library functions, to generate a standard Latex stub of such a metaheuristic description.
